About Me

For most of my career, I was delivering results.

Leading international sales teams.
Executing strategies and hitting targets.
Operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Then I stepped into a role where, despite doing everything that had worked before, the results didn't follow.

The environment was more complex.
The dynamics more political.
And the harder I pushed, the more resistance I created —

in the team and in myself.

It was frustrating.

At times isolating.

And not something I could solve by simply working harder.

It forced a different kind of question.

Not what do I need to do more of?

But what needs to change in how I'm operating?

That shift changed how I prioritise, how I make decisions, and how I lead. I realised that many challenges aren't solved through more effort.

They're solved through better thinking, better decisions, and a different way of operating. It allowed me to cut through complexity more effectively, create stronger alignment with the people around me, and improve both my results and fulfilment.

It's also what led me to the work I do now.

I spent over 15 years leading award-winning international teams across sales, marketing, and operations in commercially driven environments.

I worked across sectors including travel, hospitality, motorsport, and wellness — often in roles where targets were high, expectations were higher, and the pace rarely slowed.

I led teams through growth, acquisitions, organisational change, and uncertainty.

I was responsible for delivering results while balancing competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, team dynamics, and commercial performance.

These experiences taught me that sustainable success rarely comes from working harder alone.

It comes from making better decisions, focusing on what matters most, and adapting how you lead as complexity increases.

I don't approach challenges in isolation.

I look at the wider system — the people, the dynamics, the incentives, and the decisions being made in real time.

Alongside my professional career, I've consistently placed myself in environments that challenge and expand how I think, perform, and relate to others.

From performing as a magician at a young age — where confidence, presence, and communication matter —

to high-performance environments like motorsport — where decisions are made quickly and consequences are immediate —

to years of training in yoga, meditation, tantra, and embodiment practices that develop awareness, resilience, and the ability to remain present under pressure.

I've also spent years travelling and immersing myself in different cultures, communities, and ways of thinking.

Across these experiences, one theme has remained constant:

A fascination with how people make decisions, navigate uncertainty, adapt to change, and create meaningful success.

These experiences shape how I read people and situations, and help me support clients in seeing the bigger picture when complexity, pressure, or competing priorities make it difficult to move forward clearly.

“I have always felt that coaches do not speak to my specific needs — it’s completely different with Philly. Not only is she knowledgeable and experienced in the corporate world, she is also very responsive and tuned in. She met me where I was and helped me move forward, breaking things down one step at a time so it felt manageable and doable.”
